In accordance with Uniform Rule 48(d), Senator Costello, Chair,                                                                 
moved and asked unanimous consent CS FOR HOUSE JOINT                                                                            
RESOLUTION NO. 19(L&C) am Supporting widespread                                                                                 
infrastructure investment in the state, be discharged from the Labor                                                            
and Commerce Committee. Senator Begich objected, then withdrew                                                                  
his objection. There being no further objection, the bill was discharged                                                        
from the Labor and Commerce Committee.
